1:35pm: A deputy investigated a theft in the 800 block of East Main Street, Scranton.

6:17pm: A deputy arrested Michelle Cook 20 of Jefferson for arrest warrants for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

7:25pm: Michelle Cook 20 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
