John Wesley Hudson, age 52 of 309 Ellis St., Jamaica was cited and released at Jefferson St and 3rd St., Bouton for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Kathryn Michelle Robertson, age 31 of 4836 NW Morning Start Dr., Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for probation violation-original charge of theft 4th.
