The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will convene Tuesday morning and evening in regular session.
The morning meeting will begin at 9 a.m. with setting the time and date for a public hearing to reclassify Ute Court to a level “A” road. Following that, the Board will consider a professional services contract for Auditor’s election equipment, as well as resolutions certifying local budgets and acknowledging township budgets. Next, the Supervisors will approve the sale and conveyance of the vacated Secondary Roads Department buildings as discussed last week. At 10 a.m. there will be a public hearing regarding a 28E agreement for Central Iowa Workforce Development, region 11.
The morning meeting will conclude with discussion and possible action regarding janitorial services contracts and a DMACC farm lease. The Board will then reconvene at 6 p.m. for a public hearing on the vacation of a portion of County Road R-16.
