West Central Valley Wildcat senior runner Louden Foster made a decision on his athletic career and will be moving to Indianola to run for Simpson College.

Foster made it the state race multiple times throughout his career, including a pair of top five finishes his junior and senior year, which includes a 4th place finish during the 2019 state race at the 2A level, running at a time of 16 minutes and 25 seconds. He’s also been mentioned by the Des Moines Register for being one of the top runners in the class in the entire state of Iowa. He also has been an accomplished track and field athlete as well, and had major contributions in that department as well.

Foster will be joining a Simpson program that a lot of talent and has a good coaching staff as well. Congratulations to Louden Foster on a tremendous career at West Central Valley and on making it to the next level at Simpson College.
