Due to ongoing concerns surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic and community spread in Dallas County, the Perry Water Works Department announced it is indefinitely closing the drive-through option for bill pay.

The lobby and drive-through at the Office on Willis Avenue are now closed for the safety of the community and employees. However, the City points out there are several other methods for paying your water bill: put checks or money orders into the night drop box in the drive-through; send your payment through the mail to Perry Water Works, PO Box 604, Perry, IA 50220; pay your bill online at www.perryia.org; set up bill pay through your personal bank; or set up automatic withdrawal.

The Water Works Department reminds residents to include a copy of their bill when submitting payments. Anyone with questions, or who would like to set up auto pay can call the office at 515-465-2562 during normal business hours.
