A statewide organization is supporting small businesses with a new promotion, and they encourage everyone to participate from the comfort of their homes.
America’s Small Business Development Center Iowa is doing a social media campaign called “Support Small Business 5-Day Challenge.” The week-long event kicks off with an announcement video tomorrow and then there will be a daily challenge for the rest of the week. Examples include purchasing online gift cards from small businesses or commenting on a small businesses’ social media page.
The campaign is from April 26th-May 1st and officials encourage using the #Back2Biz. America’s Small Business Development Center Iowa is an outreach program of Iowa State University’s Ivy College of Business and the Office of Economic Development and Industry Relations.
