2:28am: A deputy investigated suspicious activity near the Grand Junction sewer plant.

7:12am: A deputy investigated a possible burglary in progress in the 400 block of North 13th Street, Grand Junction.

7:29am: The Sheriff investigated a careless driving complaint on 220th Street near J Avenue.

7:32am: The Sheriff investigated a reported accident on the Railroad tracks on J Avenue. A vehicle that had left the scene caught a large piece of the crossing tearing it out. The south bound lane of J Avenue is closed until the tracks are repaired.

3:00pm: A deputy assisted the Boone County Sheriff’s Office with trying to located a runaway that was located on 220th Street in Boone County.

8:16pm: A deputy arrested Melissa Kroupa 40 of Grand Junction for an arrest warrant for a probation violation.

9:11pm: Deputies assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a medical call I the 200 block of East Washington Street, Jefferson.

9:15pm: Melissa Kroupa 40 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for a probation violation.

11:11pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint on 240th Street and F Avenue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
