The Adel-Desoto-Minburn girls golf team will not be competing this spring due to the decision made by the IGHSAU, and one of the toughest things for this team will be missing out on the valuable experience that they were going to get on the course this year.

ADM was going to field a young team this year, one that didn’t have any seniors listed on their 2020 roster. There will be a lot of teams on the course next year that won’t have a lot of experience, but ADM will be exempt from that list, with some great talent coming back in Liv Rickert, Monica Thomas, and Anna West, all who were top golfers on varsity for the 2019 season.

Things that players will be looking to work on in the off-season will include working on finishing putts on their first try, playing at a fast pace, and being more accurate with approach shots towards the green.
