3:08pm: A deputy investigated a domestic in the 100 block of West 2nd Street, Rippey.
3:35pm: James Pena 22 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for domestic abuse assault 1st offense and Child Endangerment.
5:57pm: A deputy investigated a reported fire on N Avenue near 170th Street. The fire was called in and controlled.
7:47pm: A deputy arrested Riley Rittgers 23 of Paton on arrest warrants for permitting under age 18 persons to consume alcohol and a department of public health violation.
8:39pm: Riley Rittgers 23 of Paton was booked into the jail for permitting under 18 to consume alcohol and a department of public health violation.
8:56pm: A deputy investigated a loud vehicle driving around Scranton.
Thursday, April 16th
5:10am: The Sheriff assisted with a medical call in the 200 block of East Washington Street, Jefferson.
10:51am: A deputy dispatched a wounded deer at 7 Hills Park.
11:40am: Jody Schad 44 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for disorderly conduct.
12:11pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint in the 400 block of East Hager Street, Grand Junction.
4:14pm: The Sheriff, a deputy, Jefferson Fire Department, and Greene County Ambulance responded to a single vehicle rollover accident in the 1700 block of 170th Street. Suzanne Duckett 38 of Jefferson lost control of her 2013 Toyota Highlander and rolled onto its top in the north ditch. The vehicle was totaled in the accident. The driver and passenger had minor injuries.
In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
