The Greene County School Board met Wednesday night in regular session.

The Board approved a roof replacement bid for part of the current high school roof to Brockway Mechanical for $137,620 and they amended the pandemic pay for hourly and non-exempt employees through April 30th. The Board also approved business-related items for the $10 million school infrastructure sales, service and use tax revenue and refunding bonds including the paying agent as UMB Bank, the tax exempt certificate and authorizing the issuance and providing for the security of the payment of the bonds. 

Additionally, the Board approved a $35,330 bid to Site Services for asbestos abatement in the current high school, one fundraiser request and they ratified the negotiated agreement with the Greene County Education Association for a 2.17-percent salary increase, with the total package increase of 2.76-percent for the next school year.
