A Waterloo man was arrested in DeSoto Tuesday evening on several charges, including a felony for robbery.

According to the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office, at around 7 p.m. deputies arrested 32-year-old Norman Frank Gross at the Kum & Go gas station in DeSoto. He was charged with second degree robbery, a class C felony, as well as serious misdemeanors for assault causing bodily injury, OWI – first offense, operating a vehicle without owner’s consent, possession of a controlled substance, and false imprisonment. Additionally he was cited for defective tires, no valid driver’s license, and open container.

Gross was booked into Dallas County Jail, where he is currently being held without bond. Raccoon Valley Radio will bring you more information as it becomes official.
