10:31am: A resident requested an officer to collect unused prescription medications to be disposed of. The officer transported the meds to the LEC and placed them in the Take Back Drug collection box.

2:10pm: McAtee Tire reported receiving a check back from the bank from a county resident for $3391.46. The account had Insufficient Funds. The officer provided the business with a 10 Day Bad Check Form to serve on the subject in attempts to collect the money and any fees incurred. If the debt remains unpaid after the delivery of the notice, the officer will move forward with Theft charges.

3:55pm: Dispatch received a misdialed 911 Call from 1111 North Locust Street. The subject was programming a new phone and accidentally dialed 911.

5:46pm: Cassidy Bowen reported a dog running freely at 508 North Elm Street. The animal’s owner arrived shortly after the call to retrieve the dog.

10:00pm: Jennifer Ashby requested an officer to remove an unwanted female from 108 East Central #66. The officer stood by while the female arranged for a ride.
