1:13pm: A deputy investigated a theft in the 700 block of State Street, Scranton.

3:25pm: Daniel Newton 30 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for attempted burglary 3rd degree.

11:04pm: A deputy investigated a domestic in the 300 block of South 7th Street, Grand Junction. Melynda Weltha 44 of Grand Junction was arrested for domestic abuse assault 1st offense. Michael McAtee 58 of Grand Junction was arrested for domestic abuse assault 1st offense.

Saturday, April 11th

1:50am: Michael McAtee 58 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for domestic abuse assault 1st offense.

11:00am: Melynda Weltha 44 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for domestic abuse assault 1st offense.

12:57pm: A deputy investigated a civil issue in the 500 block of South Main Street, Paton.

7:18pm: A deputy investigated a complaint of a large gathering at the Churdan School. It was found that people were driving around in vehicles.

8:43pm: A deputy investigated a domestic in the 100 block of West Percival Street, Rippey.

9:02pm: A deputy investigated a 911 hang up in the 100 block of Oak Hill Drive, Churdan.

10:43pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint in the 100 block of 250th Street.

Sunday, April 12th

2:20am: Julie Mulder 50 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for operating while intoxicated 1st offense.

1:46pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 200 block of East Hager Street, Grand Junction.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
