A Scranton man faces a felony for an alleged domestic abuse incident.

According to the Greene County Sheriff’s Office, a deputy responded to the call of a domestic situation from the female victim at 11:12am Wednesday in the 800 block of 8th Street in Scranton. Sheriff Jack Williams says the victim told the deputy the incident started as an argument with 48-year-old George Glasgow, but then it became physical. The deputy gathered evidence that fit the description of domestic assault.

Glasgow was then arrested and charged with a Class D Felony for his third or subsequent offense for domestic assault. He was booked and released from the Greene County Jail under his own recognizance. Raccoon Valley Radio will bring you more information as it becomes official.
