Two AC/GC girls basketball players earned post-season recognition.

Junior EmmaKay McClain and Alaina Bunde were each named honorable mentions to the WCAC All Conference Basketball Team. Nobody created more opportunities for the Chargers than McClain who led the team 75 assists and 75 steals. The Junior also found her stroke toward the end of the season averaging 18 points per game in AC/GC’s two post-season games. Sophomore Alaina Bunde was the teams top scorer with 9.9 points per game. AC/GC girls basketball team not only set a school record for wins, but also did something that no other AC/GC team had done before them in winning a playoff game.
