12:45pm: City Hall reported the Theft of Services at 104 East Clark Street. Water service had been turned off at the residence due to non-payment. Public Works employees noticed the water service had been turned back on at the residence and the meter had been damaged. The officer is investigating.

6:22pm: A caller advised of a very sick male at 104 North Locust Street, coughing and advising he was trying to get people sick. The officer identified the male and spoke to him at his residence. The male advised he was “Joking around.”

7:04pm: Chad Sloan reported a Suspicious Male looking through his junk pile at 201 South Cedar Street.
