2:26am: A deputy investigated a complaint of someone cutting down trees in the 1000 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

6:00am: Brittennie LeClair 27 of Churdan was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.

10:54am: A deputy investigated a burglary in the 100 block of 185th Street.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
