These next few weeks will be different for a lot of different people, and for ADM athletes and coaches, they will do their best to continue to stay in shape with all of the delays. Athletes can visit the website www.tinyurl.com/admstrength to find a full list of workouts under the workout tab. There are a lot of different exercises for lower body, upper body, hip/ankle mobility, shoulder/t-spine mobility, glutes, and core stabilization.

All of these activities can be done without any gym equipment and you can continue to practice social distancing as well. They also do have workouts for equipment as well, but the main goal will be to keep the athletes as active as they can during the time off.

This will be a tough stretch for coaches and athletes as they won’t be able to keep tabs with each other as much as they would like, but their is a plan in place for student athletes at ADM as they hope to stay in good physical shape during this time off.
