Usually a team with a lot of youth can be exciting but also challenging since it usually means that the team isn’t experienced at the highest level. For the ADM girls team however, they will be a team with returning varsity experience. The ADM girls golf team will be one of the younger teams in the Raccoon River Conference, as they will be fielding a team that currently has no seniors on the roster. They also will be returning some of their top golfers as well with junior Liv Rickert, sophomore Monica Thomas, and junior Anna West, all golfers who improved as the season went along last year and carry valuable experience.

ADM only lost one senior from their roster from last year to this year, and though no player from last year’s team was able to put together an average score under 50 for the season, their varsity experience should allow improvement as the year goes along.

The season will begin this upcoming Monday on March 16th with the first practice of the season.
