This Friday, the Perry Chamber of Commerce invites the public to their monthly networking event, which on this occasion will be hosted by First Christian Church.

The Chamber Coffee will start at 8 a.m. in the fellowship hall of the church’s basement. It’s free to attend and open to both Chamber members and the public, and refreshments will be provided. Pastor Andrea Brownlee encourages the community to attend, particularly to see one of the public services offered through the church. “People who will join us for the Chamber Coffee will get to experience a little bit of our free Clothes Closet, which the church has every Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. – noon. So we’ll kind of walk through the Clothes Closet, see how it’s set up, meet some of the volunteers, and hear a little bit about how the Clothes Closet works.”

The Perry Chamber hosts the coffee events on the first Friday of every month, each time at a different member business. Chamber Director Lynsi Pasutti feels they’re a great way to bring the community together for networking and learning what’s going on in Perry.
