A Perry man faces a felony charge for an alleged incident in 2018 in Greene County.

According to court documents, 35-year-old Michael Lee Devilbiss is charged with a Class C Felony for sexual exploitation of a minor-cause to engage. The charge stems from an investigation by the Greene County Sheriff’s Office that began on September 11, 2018. Court documents show the parents of a then 17-year-old victim found out about her relationship with Devilbiss, then 33-years-old. Law enforcement obtained a phone from the victim that was allegedly given by the suspect. The phone contained conversations and nude photos of the victim that were sent to Devilbiss.

Devilbiss was arrested and booked into the Greene County Jail, where he is held under a $10,000 bond. Raccoon Valley Radio will bring you more information as it becomes official.
