Friday, February 28th

1:34am: A deputy investigated an alarm in the 200 block of Main Street in Rippey.

8:56am: A deputy investigated a suspicious vehicle complaint in the 700 block of State Street in Scranton.

9:55am: Sheral Louise Coppick (61) of Carroll, was booked to the Greene County Jail to serve sentence for Operating While Intoxicated, 2nd Offense.

2:03pm: A deputy assisted with a stray dog found on a property in the 2200 block of V Avenue. The dog was transported to the animal shelter in Jefferson.

3:14pm: A deputy assisted a motorist in the area of 220th Street and K Avenue.

5:09pm: A deputy investigated an assault in the 700 block of Hill Street in Churdan.

5:43pm: A deputy assisted with an unruly child in the 500 block of H Avenue.

11:05pm: Joshua Jeffrey Michael Geigle (28) of Jefferson, was booked into the Greene County Jail for Supplying Alcohol to Person Under the Legal Age.

Saturday, February 29th

5:37am: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle, on it’s top and in the ditch, in the area of 300th Street and X Avenue.

12:59pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle near the intersection of R Avenue and 265th Street.

1:49pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 200 block of 3rd Street in Rippey.

3:54pm: A deputy assisted the Grand Junction Fire Department with a small fire that extinguished quickly in the 2200 block of 210th Street.

5:50pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle near the intersection of 220th Street and J Avenue.

Sunday, March 1st

5:55 pm a deputy assisted with a dog running at large in the 1100 block of U Avenue. It

was transported to the animal shelter in Jefferson.

6:20 pm Jerry Laverne Miller (66) of Grand Junction, was booked into the Greene

County Jail for Contempt – Violation of No Contact/Protective Order.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
