With a relatively young roster a year ago, the expectations and hopes for the Dallas Center-Grimes Girls’ Golf team is exceptionally high this coming spring, as many of the golfers from last year’s State Tournament team will return to the links for the Fillies, once again.

In 2019, DC-G finished 7th at the State Tournament, sporting one of the youngest Varsity cards in the State Tournament.  Other central Iowa teams that qualified in the Class 4A Girls’ Golf tournament include Waukee and Johnston.

The DC-G Girls’ Golf program is headed by John Klaessy.

DC-G will hit the links for the first time this season in the Dallas Center-Grimes Invitational on April 4th at Beaver Creek Golf Course.

Spring practice for the Fillie golfers will begin in the next couple of weeks.
