The wrestling season has officially concluded for the state of Iowa, and for the West Central Valley Wildcats they had a successful one with many positive team results that included a state wrestling appearance for Justin Garcia. Garcia wrestled for his final time on the wrestling mat, and the Wildcats will miss him, but they do have a lot of talent coming back for next years team.

They will miss Garcia and senior Weston Pote, who qualified for the district round. They will be returning some key wrestlers that all made it to the district stage. West Sackett will be returning at the 106 mark after making it as a freshmen, and also Wesley Ganoe who made it as a freshmen at 113. Junior Cael Carl will also be back at the 132 pound level, and Braiden Beane also made it at the 145 mark.

There also will be other key wrestlers returning to the mat next year for West Central Valley, as the Wildcats will be looking to reload after a successful 2019-20 campaign.
