The West Central Valley School Board held a public hearing on two calendar options for 2020-2021 at Wednesday’s meeting.

Staff in attendance spoke for and against one of the proposals which takes out the weeklong spring break in March and instead has no school on the first three weekdays of April. Board action on the calendar is expected next month. The Board also approved a new educational services agreement with Des Moines Area Community College, received an engineering study report from Baker Group, and agreed to move their regular March meeting from the 18th to the 11th.
