A Menlo farmer recently received a distinction from the Iowa Pork Producers Association.

Ralph Lents was one of six men named winners of the Hog Wild award during Iowa Pork Congress, for the key role he plays in his county pork producer organization. Lents and the other winners were nominated by the IPPA promotion committee for the highest qualities of leadership, dedication, and commitment to activities that promote the Iowa pork industry. Lents also serves District 7 on the Iowa Corn Promotion Board of Directors.
