Post season is officially underway for all three AC/GC winter sports teams.

The Charger wrestling team made a trip to Underwood Saturday afternoon to compete in districts. Seven charger wrestlers had an opportunity to punch their ticket to the state wrestling tournament scheduled for later this week. Three chargers including Seth Danker, Gunnar Larsen and Cale Rowley each qualified for the tournament as Danker and Larsen earned first place in their respective weight classes and Rowley finished in second individually.

The AC/GC girls basketball team made the trip to Stuart to start off their post season run. The charges were able to come away with a 57-43 victory in the rubber match. They’ll continue their post-season Tuesday when they head to Panora to play Panorama for the third time. The boys basketball team will be in action tonight as they start their post season. They’ll host West Central Valley for the third time in the season. The Chargers are 2-0 against the Wildcats in the regular season.
