The Perry Chamber of Commerce and some community members spent the morning of St. Valentine’s Day at St. Patrick’s Catholic School, taking part in the monthly Chamber Coffee event.
Attendees were treated to the famous St. Pat’s cinnamon rolls and coffee, as they engaged in conversation and networking. Chamber Director Lynsi Pasutti then gathered the group and went over some recent and upcoming programs around the City. The group then went around the circle introducing themselves, and many talked about their own projects and upcoming events. St. Pat’s Principal Kandice Roethler then talked about the happenings at the school, including the recent Catholic Schools Week and the upcoming church and school auction.
The Perry Chamber hosts the Coffee events on the second Friday of the month, with a different member host on each occasion. Pasutti feels the program is a good way for people to get to know other professionals in the area, while also learning about what’s going on in the City. She points out they haven’t set a host for the March event, so if any member business or organization is interested they should contact the Chamber office at 515-465-4601.
