
Producers from across the state will be coming to Adair County to talk about climate change and sustainable agriculture practices.
The Iowa Farmers Union is hosting a Climate Tour on February 20th and 21st. The event will begin with a discussion from 4-6 p.m. at Peace Tree Brewing Company in Des Moines, and will move to Greenfield the second day for a round table at Hotel Greenfield from 4-6 p.m. The guest speaker at Greenfield’s discussion will be Ray Gasser, a southeast Iowa farmer who will share his expertise on cover crops and other ag practices.
