There’s a high school basketball doubleheader tonight on KG98 and streamed on www.raccoonvalleyradio.com. Greene County sends its girls and boys to Saydel High School on the northeast side of Des Moines for Heart of Iowa Activities Conference play.

The only win so far this season for Greene County’s girls is over Saydel by a 50-48 score in Jefferson on Jan. 30. The Eagles are winless this season and have dropped 28 games in a row dating back to last January when they beat the Rams in Des Moines.

Greene County has three boys’ wins, but just one in the HOIAC while Saydel won it’s season opening game in non-conference play and lost 16 in a row since then.
