Main Street Guthrie Center encourages the public to spread some love to local businesses leading up to Valentine’s Day.

Eleven downtown businesses are having specials that are as “Sweet As Candy” for the holiday. Nine Livez, Rustic Goddess, Cut Loose & The Vault, Art on State, Strawberry Patch, Pearls & Lace, It’s Your Time, and Pink Poppy Apothecary are all having promotions from now through February 14th. Main Street Guthrie Center Director Dana Buster says for the special day the Cabbage Rose, La Villa, and Prime Time restaurants are all hosting Valentine’s specials, “They have a lot of good specials for your Valentine’s dinner if you want to have dinner down here in Guthrie (Center). And then of course before dinner you’ll want to get your gift for your valentine and we have a ton of stuff down here in our shops. Everyone’s geared up, there’s hearts everywhere and all kinds of good stuff to be had.”
