We’re just a few weeks away from the inaugural Perfectly Perry Bridal Showcase, and anticipation is starting to build.

The event will be held Saturday, February 29th, hosted by the Perry Chamber of Commerce at both Hotel Pattee and La Poste. It will run from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. and will feature a wide variety of wedding-related vendors at each location. Chamber Director Lynsi Pasutti says they’re still finalizing the vendor list, but she feels it will be a popular event that will effectively promote Perry as a wedding destination. “It’s tricky with a first year event, and it’s a very unique style of a wedding expo. People are used to going to big convention halls and going to booth after booth. And this is going to be a little bit different. But we are excited about it, because it’ll be different in a good way!”

Pasutti adds, even if people aren’t planning a wedding, the showcase will be a good place to learn about services available for other occasions like anniversary parties, proms, or baptisms. There is no cost to attend, and it’s open to the public.
