The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors approved an additional raise for two Attorney’s Office employees Tuesday.

County Attorney Brenna Bird presented her requested fiscal year 2021 budget which included a suggested $2,000 raise each for her office employees and a $4,000 raise for Assistant County Attorney John Twillmann. The Board motioned to approve the $2,000 raises and to remove Twillmann’s raise, besides the percentage salary increase given to all County employees. In other business, the Board approved the closure of White Pole Road for the Stuart Revitalization Group’s Bonnie and Clyde 5 Mile Run event happening April 18th, a surface transportation block grant application for County Road F32, and appointing secondary roads employee Evan Subbert as Region XII’s Technical Advisory Committee Alternate Representative. Finally, the Board approved the appointment of Amy Davis as the County Relief Director and Veterans Affairs Administrator, following Darcia Robson’s retirement at the end of this month.
