The Adel-Desoto-Minburn Tiger girls was looking for some revenge on Tuesday night after suffering their largest loss of the season to Carroll back in January by 21, but returned the favor defeating them by the score of 68-53 Tuesday Night in Adel. After Carroll tied the game early in the third quarter 30-30, ADM went on one of their best stretches of the season to go up a 23-2 run and did not look back as they ran away with the game.
ADM made many tremendous plays during the stretch as the offensive execution was really good and a lot of great plays were made on the defensive end including a couple of huge blocks from freshmen Nicole Storek that led into transition points for the Tigers.
Senior Abbie Hlas led the team with 27 points on the night, and junior Grace Hardcastle chipped in with 17 as the team moves to 12-5 on the year and into the top three of the Raccoon River Conference standings.
They will return to the court on Friday night against a team that will be looking to exact their own revenge against ADM in the Bluejays of Bondurant.
