A reminder: the window to apply for grants through the Dallas County Foundation will shut soon, so area organizations are reminded to submit their proposals.
The application materials for the current grant cycle must be dropped off or postmarked by February 3rd in order to be considered for the spring awards. The Foundation accepts requests for projects that improve the lives of Dallas County residents, with areas of emphasis including: health and human services, arts and culture, youth development, education, recreation, environment, and community betterment. Applicants must be either a nonprofit organization, unit of government, or be affiliated with another organization that has the designation.
Anyone who has received grants in previous cycles must also submit an evaluation form, receipts, and photos of their completed project before they are able to submit a new request. For more information on the application process, click the link below to visit the Foundation’s website.
