Both AC/GC basketball teams will hit the road tonight.

The Chargers will make the trip to face off with WCAC foe Van Meter. The girl’s matchup will feature the fourth and fifth teams in the WCAC standings. Last year Van Meter got the best of AC/GC and earned a 10 point victory in Guthrie Center. The Chargers will hope to rebound after a four-point loss to Woodward-Granger Tuesday night.

The AC/GC boys will look to do what no other team has done this year and take down the Bulldogs. Van Meter comes into the contest with a 14-0 record and is ranked fourth in Class 2A, according to The Gazette. Last season Van Meter won this matchup 67-41.
