The Panorama boys basketball team is getting back to their winning ways.

The Panthers jumped out of the gates strong this season. They started their campaign with a 5-1 record, with their lone loss coming from Van Meter, who is still undefeated. Once the calendar flipped to 2020, the Panthers seemed to lose their footing, losing five of their first seven games. Since a back-to-back where Panorama saw a comeback victory slip away against Greene County and fell to a team who they beat earlier this year in Woodward-Granger, they’ve gotten back on track.

The Panthers beat West Central Valley 79-32 Monday night to win their fourth straight game. They’ve leaned on Malachi Peasley, whose 16.3 points per game is fifth-best in the WCAC. The Panthers currently hold a 10-5 record and will look to win their fifth straight when they head to Earlham Friday.
