
The Carroll boys basketball team raced out to a double digit first quarter lead and never looked back Tuesday night in defeating Perry 73-44 in RRC action from western Iowa. The Tigers carried a 32-11 lead into the break before expanding it to a 56-27 third quarter lead. Carroll connected on 12 3-pointers on the night. Perry was led by Brendan Ivory’s 16 points and Keeghan West 13 points while Chase Archer added 10. Carroll grabbed a season high 17 offensive rebounds.
The Tigers remain in first place improving to 11-1 and 7-1 while Perry falls to 1-7 in the conference. Perry host ADM this Friday night in a girl boy doubleheader.
