9:38am: A deputy investigated a parking complaint in the 1000 block of East Sandoe Street, Grand Junction.

2:49pm: A deputy investigated a 2-vehicle accident on 220th Street and B Avenue. Andrew Montag 30 of West Bend was stopped on 220th waiting to turn onto B Avenue in his 2000 Kenworth Semi Tractor and trailer. Leslie Mills 44 of Boone was heading east on 220th Street and did not see Montag stopped and rear ended the trailer. Leslie was driving a 2012 International semi-tractor and trailer. Leslie’s tractor had an estimated 2,500 dollars damage. Andrew’s trailer had an estimated 2,500 dollars damage to it. There were no injuries in the accident.

3:21pm: A deputy investigated an amazon scam in the 100 block of Sunset Street, Grand Junction.

8:48pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned 911 that was found to be in Calhoun County.

9:13pm: A deputy investigated a civil matter in the 500 block of 240th Street.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
