Volunteers are needed for the upcoming Point in Time Homeless Survey in Greene County.

Greene County Disabilities Coordinator Ellen Ritter says the survey will take place on January 29th. There will be several locations where volunteers will be needed to help take information from homeless individuals, along with helping to conduct surveys at different mobile sights around the county and assisting with food and hygiene supplies for homeless individuals the volunteers may encounter. 

During the most recent Point in Time survey, completed this past August, two people were identified as being homeless in the county.
