Due to this weekend in weather, the West Central Valley athletic teams were unable to compete in boys  basketball, as well as a huge tournament in Adel as well. The Wildcats basketball game were moved up from Friday Night to Thursday night due to the winter storm that went through central Iowa. The boys lost 84-37 to Woodward academy, while the girls had the night off and have their next game on Monday.

West Central Valley wrestling was looking for a good challenge over the weekend in Adel, but unfortunately the meet was unable to be a go due to the weather.

All teams will be back this next week, and hopefully mother nature will allow some winter events to be played for the Wildcats.
