Greene County gets back on the mat tonight when Coach Zach Beekman’s Rams wrestle a pair of Heart of Iowa Activities Conference dual meets tonight in Jewell vs. South Hamilton and PCM (Monroe). Action begins at 6 p.m. The Rams are having one of their best dual meet seasons in years at 16-3. They already own one victory over PCM and this will be their first meeting this season with SH.

The Rams were weathered out of varsity events both Friday and Saturday last week, although the JV had a Saturday tournament at Ogden, and the only female on the team, Emma Hoyle, won her division at Ogden, going 3-0 on the day. The Rams are scheduled to host their JV tourney, as well as a girls’ tournament this Saturday the 18th in the middle school gym in Jefferson.
