5:48am: A deputy investigated a single vehicle accident in the 1800 block of W Avenue. Matthew Kinney 29 of Rippey lost control of his 2006 Ford F150 and entered the ditch. There was no visible damage to the truck. Road conditions were a contributing factor.

8:55am: Adam Winger was booked into the jail to wait for a bed at a residential facility.

11:40am: Erick Johnson 49 of Jefferson was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.

7:15pm: Daniel Tasler 28 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for a violation of a no contact order.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
