The Panorama girl’s basketball team have found similar success, despite having to lean on a young core of players.

The Panthers only have one senior on their roster in Anna Holloway. Their starting lineup in their recent victory over Mount Ayr featured three sophomores. None have been more impressive than sophomore Payton Beckman. She is not only leading the team, but the conference as a whole with 19.7 points per game in the teams first nine outings. Fellow sophomore Angel Poldberg has also been great for the Panthers early on. Poldberg is second on the team with 9.6 points per game and is seventh in the WCAC in rebounds.

The dynamic duo will be back in action Monday against Greene County.
