4:20am: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 1000 block of West Lincoln Way, Jefferson.

5:12am: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a suspicious person on West Clark and North Oak Street.

10:18am: A deputy investigated a civil issue in the 1900 block of J Avenue.

11:00am: Patricia Monthei 50 of Jefferson was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.

11:58am: A deputy investigated a theft in the 800 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

1:50pm: Tyler Smits 27 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for a violation of a no contact order.

3:40pm: Jason Sheldahl 48 of Scranton was booked into the jail for filing a false report to a public entity.

4:48pm: A deputy investigated a two-vehicle accident in Grand Junction. Both parties involved had left the scene of the accident that happened at Casey’s.

6:55pm: A deputy investigated an animal neglect complaint in the 700 block of North Street, Churdan.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
