Tuesday, January 7th

7:53am: Travis Lee reported a stray dog near Washington and Cedar Streets. The officer was unable to get near the animal.

8:43am: Rich Burkhardt called numerous times and conveyed his opinions to an officer about an investigation into his missing cell phone.

3:52pm: A Traffic Stop in the 100 Block of West Washington Street resulted in Kent Peninger of Jefferson being cited for, “Violation of Financial Liability Coverage.”

3:54pm: Nick Harvey requested a Welfare Check on a female walking around Jefferson. The officers located the female and spoke to her. She appeared fine and not in need of assistance.

8:28pm: Bailey Ackerman reported a possible No Contact Order Violation to an officer. The officer is investigating.

8:36pm: Connie Ross requested an officer at 615 South Olive Street for a dispute between a juvenile and the parents. The officer worked to diffuse the issue for the evening.

9:24pm: John Morlan reported two stray dogs near Westwood and Linwood. The officer did not locate the reported animals.
