An updated draft of an all-terrain and utility vehicle ordinance is on the agenda for the Guthrie County Board of Supervisors today.

The Board will also consider approving a letter to move the service day for the County’s district criminal court and will receive an update from County Attorney Brenna Bird. Finally, the Board will discuss and consider action on the courthouse grounds policy, and a memorandum of understanding with Union County Environmental Health.

The Board meets at 9 a.m. at the Guthrie County Courthouse.
