The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will convene Tuesday morning in regular session.

The first action item on the agenda is the approval of the 23rd pay application from the Samuels Group for the law enforcement center construction. The Board will also get an update on the progress of the project. Next, the Supervisors will consider a right-of-way purchase agreement, as well as appointments to the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) technical committee. Additionally, they will consider a power load and cot purchase for the Emergency Medical Services Department.

Finally, the Board will hold the next round of budget workshops, which will be conducted throughout the week. The meeting will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday in the Board of Supervisors meeting room, located at 902 Court Street in Adel.
