Don’t forget, a candidate for the Democratic nomination for President of the United States is paying a visit to Perry this evening.

California entrepreneur Andrew Yang will bring his campaign to the Perry Perk Coffee Shop, with doors opening at 7:30 p.m. and the event starting at 8. Registration is not required to attend the free event, though space is limited so attendees are advised to arrive early. This is Yang’s third visit to Dallas County, though his first to Perry. He’s visited Adel twice since declaring his intentions to seek the Presidency.

Yang is one of 14 Democratic candidates seeking the party’s nomination in the June primary election. The first big step on the way there is now just a month away, with the February 3rd Iowa Caucuses.
