Those looking for advice on how to live well in the new year are invited to attend a Lunch and Learn program hosted by Guthrie County Hospital and Clinics.

Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner Sara Van Effen will give 20 recommendations for 2020. There will be two sessions at noon and 12:30 p.m. in the Todd-Neff Conference Room at the hospital in Guthrie Center on Wednesday, January 8th.
